We ask that the house and property is left tidy. All rubbish placed into the recycling and rubbish bins available. Breakages and damage will be charged at the cost of replacement.
There is limited WIFI and a hotspot available with the option to top-up. An Air-conditioning unit in the main bedroom and Dyson fans in the living area and other bedrooms. All windows and veranda ranch sliders have insect/security screens. Webber BBQ . Well equipped modern kitchen.
